Shipping Area

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates

  • A flat rate of $8 applies to all orders within the continental United States.

  • Free Shipping is available on orders over $75.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us to discuss options.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Tracking

PiviPrints Returns Policy

At PiviPrints, we want you to love your 3D-printed creations! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Return Period: You can return items within 30 days of receiving them.

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Restocking Fee: 15% of cost

  • How to Start: Email us at your email address with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

  • Shipping Costs: You’ll need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at [email protected] right away. Be sure to include a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll work quickly to make things right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

Refunds
